even truly comparable!  At
Harrison, you get your own room with
private bedroom locks, and a bathroom, kitchen, and living room
you share ONLY with the people in your apartment.

***Dorm prices can be found on www.osuhousing.com/fees/. Dorm prices included are for the most comparable room style to Harrison, which in the dorms is considered “Rate # 1”.  The price for one quarter (room only, no board) for 2009-2010 was $2538.00 (=$2025 rate + $500 facility fee + $13 activity fee).  The prices of dorms have increased an average of 6-7% per year.  These increases are not published until the June before the school year starts.  Therefore, it is predicted that the 2010-2011 dorm rates will be approximately $2716.00 per quarter.  Monthly rates are determined by taking the rate for one quarter in the dorms (room only, no board) and dividing it by 3.13 to determine monthly rate.  Dorms offer an Academic-year only lease (between 9-10 months) but charge an additional $100.00 per year ($10.00 per month) for the shorter term as well as an additional per diem charge for staying over holiday breaks.
