This guide is designed to make moving day for new residents of Harrison Apartments smooth and easy.

Please refer to your lease for your move-in date! If you would like to contact us about moving in early, please feel free to call the leasing office at (614) 294-5551. Early move-ins must be cleared in advance and are by appointment only.

Rent... For in-state residents First and last month's rent is due on move-in day. For out-of-state residents First and last 2 month's rent is due on move-in day. Beginning  September 1st and every month thereafter  rent will be due on the 1st of the month. The most important thing to remember is that no one can move into their apartment until all rent and deposits are paid. If you have rented an apartment as a joint lease, the entire amount (total of the apartment) must be paid in full before ANY keys are issued so please plan ahead. Rent payments can be made in the form of personal check, debit card, money order or cashier's check only. No cash or credit cards will be accepted.

Parking... Resident parking passes cost $160.00 per semester for the 1st and 2nd semester. The summer semester cost is $120. Our lot will be towed on a continuous basis so it is very important to purchase your pass IMMEDIATELY. Temporary parking passes for guests must be picked up in the office and are $1.00 per every 6 hours.
TEMPORARY PASSES WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON HOME FOOTBALL GAME WEEKENDS.

Utilities... Remember your gas, electric, water and basic cable are included in your rent price. If you would like to add additional services please call:

Don't worry if you forget something... there are several stores nearby that will be able to help you!! Kroger and Target are conveniently located on Olentangy River Rd. just west of the building.

Making move in easy... For your convenience we recommend that you bring a handcart/dolly as moving carts are not guaranteed to be available. For those living on lower floors, we suggest that you take the stairs located at each end of the hallways.
As you empty boxes, please DO NOT set them in the hallway. Fire codes prohibit the blockage of any passageway. Please discard your boxes in the dumpster located in the trash room on the main floor. Thank you!
